We are delighted to be bringing forwarded this new development in Southwater, served off a new access from Shipley Road. The existing access to the property known as “Woodfords” will be stopped up, with this property then accessible by the new access from Shipley Road and a new internal access road (see plan above).
Of the 73 new homes, 44 will be privately owned, with the remaining being affordable housing.
All existing tree lines will remain and there is a large area of open space in the centre of the site with a “Local Area for Play” (LAP) designed for young children and toddlers aged 6 and under. This will be a great facility and benefit both new and existing residents.
